#ExpeditionHacks: Combating Human Trafficking

CINA, Blue Compas, Mason’s School of Policy and Government, and Mason’s Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center (TRACCC) present #ExpeditionHacks Social Impact Series: Combating Human Trafficking.

Human trafficking is a global enterprise that is second only to drug trafficking as the most profitable criminal business. It takes many forms, including labor trafficking and sex trafficking.

Join us with your own team or join a team onsite to create a solution using technology to help combat human trafficking or assist its victims, using artifical intelligence/machine learning, augmented reality, or any other idea you might have to contribute to the eradication of this terrible crime and suffering of its victims. Come to get noticed by industry professionals (bring your resume!), compete for a chance have a meaningful impact on eradicating human slavery and a chance to win some cash!
