Cesar Quezada is the Director of Forensics at Hexordia, where he leads both the Digital Forensics Training and the Forensics Services Team. With a strong focus on digital forensics methodologies, training, and service excellence, Cesar ensures high standards in all forensic operations. He is currently a Cyber Officer in the Virginia Army National Guard and previously coordinated offensive cyber capabilities for the U.S. Army Cyber Command, focusing on developing and executing cyber strategies. His expertise in computer forensics includes conducting in-depth analyses of mobile devices to identify and track tactics, techniques, and methodologies. Cesar plays a key role in advancing digital forensics practices through hands-on work and operational insights.
