An Extensible Criminal Predictive Analytic Platform (CPAP) for Opioid Abuse Detection and Prediction

CINA’s project team at Liberty University has completed and demonstrated a prototype that allows law enforcement to monitor, analyze and visualize the emergence of opioid hotspots in near real time using open source data.

The CPAP prototype allows DHS to be more proactive about opioid activity, rather than waiting for hot spots to emerge than responding.
