CINA Request for Proposals

The Criminal Investigations and Network Analysis Center (CINA) is soliciting proposals for research to address current and imminent challenges faced by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites submissions that will address key challenges represented by the four research themes of the CINA Center:

  • Criminal Network Analysis
  • Dynamic Patterns of Criminal Activity
  • Forensics (both traditional laboratory forensics and digital forensics)
  • Criminal Investigative Processes
