7News anchor Michelle Marsh talked to the Director of the Forensic Science Program within George Mason University’s College of Science and former senior FBI profiler Dr. Mary Ellen O’Toole about Luigi Mangione, the suspect arrested in the deadly shooting of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. O’Toole worked on high-profile cases including the Unabomber case. She talked to her about Monday’s developments.
